Anderson Call Answering

We answer the calls you miss. Anderson Call Answering is a missed-call answering service for home-service contractors, run by Robert Anderson in Newport Beach, CA.

How it works

1. Your phone rings as always. Only calls that would go to your voicemail come to us.
2. An automated assistant answers in your business name, takes the caller's name, number, town and job, and tells the caller you will call back.
3. We call you with the lead right away: press 1 to call the customer. Contractors who agree to it also get a text with the lead's details.

Text messages to contractors

We text only contractors who use our service and who agreed to receive lead texts. Each contractor signs up on our sign-up form, by ticking a consent box that is never pre-checked, on his own or with Bob on the setup call, which is recorded. We keep the form record and the recording as the record of consent. We never text the people who call you, and we send no marketing texts.

What you get: a text for each lead the assistant takes (caller's name, number, town, the job and when they want a call back), and a short weekly summary. Message frequency varies with your calls. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to stop the texts at any time; you keep getting the lead calls.
